Mao’s Last Dancer

2009117 mins

At 11 years old, Li was culled from a helpless Chinese town by Madame Mao’s social delegates and taken to Beijing to concentrate on expressive dance. In 1979, during a social trade to Texas, he fell head over heels for an American lady. After two years, he figured out how to surrender and proceeded to proceed as an important artist for the Houston Ballet and as a main craftsman with the Australian Ballet.
