Paleontologist Robert Trenton (Dean Cain) is called to Northeastern Antarctica close to the Indian Ocean to assist the FBI with building an underground greatest security army installation and jail for the world’s most perilous lawbreakers and psychological oppressors. The jail is named “New Alcatraz” by the staff. While building the jail, the staff unintentionally stir and release an ancient Boa Constrictor from its long term hibernation.
