Stalag 17

1953120 mins

It’s a grim Christmas 1944 for the American POWs in Stalag 17. For the men in Barracks 4, all sergeants, need to manage a grave issue – there is by all accounts a security spill. The Germans generally appear to be cautioned with regards to get away and in the latest endeavor the two men, Manfredi and Johnson, strolled straight into a snare and were killed. For some in Barracks 4, particularly the uproarious mouthed Duke, the leaker is self-evident: J.J. Sefton, a wheeler-vendor who doesn’t spare a moment to exchange with the gatekeepers and who has procured merchandise and honors that no other detainee appears to have. Sefton denies giving the Germans any data and makes obviously he has no aim of truly attempting to get away. He intends to brave the conflict in what little solace he can organize, yet it doesn’t reach out to spying for the Germans.
